One of the main challenges for our engineers is to design press machine for interlocking bricks that can produce the highest compaction strength while giving high output. Too many machine manufacturers compromise on high output since it’s not as easy as just upgrading the powered engine. Since with only output, these bricks are able to be positioned in the construction industry.


Other than upgrading the engine, we have to design more automation feature on the machine - automatic feeder, and automatic press. To do that, we have to program the machines using the PLC for almost every single electrical and electronic components on the machine. The result, we are able to do 6pcs per minute output.

An engine is like the heart of the machine. We realise that in order to get stronger bricks, a higher volume of mixture needs to be compacted. We have designed an incredibly powerful engine that could cater to the ultra high pressure from the compression. The 15HP engine helps you power through the whole process and gives a faster responsive output.

Production cycle has turned to be 2x faster and 3x more powerful with this invincible 15HP engine.

Reliability of the engine’s components cannot be compromised. ABB from Switzerland supplied us with the motor, we use gear-pump imported from Italy and we have valve coming directly from the United States of America. Integrate all these major components into one, you have everything you need to build the ultimate 15HP engine.

Pattern Bricks’ Function.

Don’t just produce standard bricks.


Bricks have never been produced fancily. Imagine producing bricks that can be decorated straight from the mould. With our machines, impossible means nothing. Patterning bricks has been reengineered to serve clients’ preferences.

The front plate mould can be lifted up once pressing is done, producing brick patterns like you have never witnessed before.

Highest Accuracy

for dimension.


Other machines stop bricks’ compression using bar or limit switch. We find those method inaccurate, and we install high accuracy proximity sensor instead. The sensor has been proven to be more precise to stop the bricks’ compression. As soon as the compression plate kisses the proximity sensor, it simply stops compressing.

Give the compression the best stopper and you will get a consistent dimension.

All the main structures

When we figured out that the press machine required massive power to deliver the ultra pressure, our mechanical and structural engineers had to design and play with the structural analysis software to ensure the structural can take the load. Or else – the structure will fail, like any other machines. The result, we came out with super high strength structural made by solid steel.

Base structures

are made of Solid Steel.


The load from the main structure generated by the ultra pressure will be transferred to the base. In order to withstand the load, we designed the base structure from 100% solid steel, just like how a solidly built house requires a solid foundation.
